Confirmed Service Customer
I received a friendly greeting in the service department. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. As was the restroom and complimentary coffee bar. Staff informed me of my truck care and escorted me to the payments window. The entire experience was seamless and friendly.

Repairs were completed on schedule and all arrangements were followed. Only glitch was when I called to check on timeline and left a message, no return call was made. No point on offering voicemail messaging if no one returns your call.

By far the worst service experience I’ve ever experienced. The issue is still not been resolved and the service team has been less than helpful. The same issues have been unresolved since December 2022 after 5+ trips to the dealership.

The maintenance crew is absolutely outstanding. I originally bought tires at COSTCO but they could not get the lug nuts off the tire and suggested several auto shops where I could buy lug nuts! I went to you folks and there was no problem removing the lug nuts so I cancelled my order from COSTCO and Trent was magnificent in ordering 4 tires.
