I came back to the dealership after years of going to a local garage that I have been happy with because Bowman Chevrolet had a 49.99 oil change and tire rotation special online. I clicked on the fine print and it said some vehicles do not apply but did not say why or what! I asked the service person when I made the appointment and they could not tell me if my vehicle was eligible or not for the special. Then I got the bill and it was $70 for the oil change and they did not rotate my tires. I do not plan on ever coming back to this dealership as it was clearing a hook and switch tactic used in your advertising. I said something to my service advisor and he said that GM puts the aid up and they cannot change it. Way to go GM, you just lost a customer.
