I ordered a Colorado in October 23 - right when the strike was in full swing and then there was the software delay. Aside from the delays which were nobody's fault - I would have asked for really only two things from Joe Bowman to get that 5th star... 1. More communication from their side - I only got updates when I reached out. Come to find out a lot of that was due to my salesperson leaving. I only found that out when a new one contacted me unaware that I had already ordered a truck. It did not instill confidence at the time. And I was surprised that nobody knew where my truck was in the shipping process? 2. A full tank of gas. This kind of irked me as it is a small thing that says a lot. I drove off with under a half tank of gas after spending 53k on a new truck. My wife just bought a Subaru and left with a full tank and a gas card for her 2nd fill up. These little things create brand affinity. They matter. Everything else has been great - Jason was super helpful as my sales associate and delivery day could not have gone smoother with no surprises.
