Wait time was longer than usual. Appointment at 1. By 2:30 went to see how much longer. Work was complete but I had not been notified. Was told, well we are sometimes like doctors office

Service team was good to work with. Certified Pre-owned vehicles should have rusty rotors and brakes replaced before putting a vehicle on lot to sell. The vehicle I purchased in January 2023 as a pre-owned vehicle did not have the rotors or brakes replaced.

Everyone was polite and very efficient. They had me in fast track and i was in and out in a timely manner. I appreciated the receptionist offering coffee while I was in the waiting area and making me feel welcomed. l was impressed with the dealership!
