I was extremely impressed with everyone I interfaced with. Your Sales Rep, Dakota Wills is an excellent communicator and provided immediate feedback on every single question I posed to him. Your Sales Manager, Rick Engle, worked closely with me and Dakota to ensure that my offer was quickly evaluated, negotiated, and approved without the normal hassles of being bounced around between different departments and awaiting approval from additional management personnel. I assumed I would be there for hours just haggling every little detail with a host of management personnel jerking me around. Also, when I met with your Finance Manager, Julie Knicely, she was completely prepared to settle payment and close the deal to my satisfaction in the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced at a dealership. The entire team I interfaced with at Joe Bowman Chevrolet are extremely customer oriented and I departed with a remarkably positive impression of both the dealership and team members. Furthermore, after I picked up my Chevy Colorado yesterday, individuals I dealt with on my end afterwards with my financial advisor and bank, all spoke very highly of your dealership without exception, and also informed me that their customers all speak very highly of your dealership and all mirror the same experiences I am sharing. Bottom line is that the only dealership I will use hereafter for any possible future new vehicle purchases will be Joe Bowman Chevy in Harrisonburg.

The work was completed. I thought the rate was rather expensive, however so far everything seems to be operating as it is supposed to. The only real issue I had was there was grease or some foreign matter on the passenger seat. Good thing for leather seats and it was easy to clean up.

I had a check engine light come on and then noticed that my oil pressure was reading 80 when it should be 40. I immediately dropped off my vehicle at Joe Bowman around lunch time. They said that they would try to look at my vehicle later that same day. I got a call before 5:00 that they had diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. I thought that was amazing service on short notice. I was very impressed with the service that I received at Joe Bowman.

Was in this past Friday October 27 2023 for a oil change only no tire rotation I had purchased tires from Costco and had a reminder sticker on windshield when I went in didn’t notice it untill the next day they removed my tire rotation reminder sticker for upcoming tire rotation

Dana Deboard did a great job of informing me of my issue with my check engine light and she was able to get the parts in quickly to get my Traverse fixed. I told her I had a big trip planned and wanted to make sure my vehicle was fixed for that trip. Excellent customer service by everyone that I was in touch with at the dealership.

When my husband asked to get a price for a cash sale no trade in, the salesman was very unprofessional. Walking off and giggling like a 5 year old. If I sell my Tahoe that I purchased from Joe Bowman, I won’t be back to purchase my next vehicle from there and I will also let my friends, family and coworkers know of the service I got as well. Salesman need to grow up and stop acting like a child when asked a question. I have had my Tahoe for a year and has been in the dealership often for issues, I have only driven it 6,000 miles. Very disappointed in the vehicle and service and Joe Bowman. I suspect if immature sale people are continuously hired, business will be affected. Someone who pays top dollar for a service will not put up with a person being rude
