The work was completed. I thought the rate was rather expensive, however so far everything seems to be operating as it is supposed to. The only real issue I had was there was grease or some foreign matter on the passenger seat. Good thing for leather seats and it was easy to clean up.

I had a check engine light come on and then noticed that my oil pressure was reading 80 when it should be 40. I immediately dropped off my vehicle at Joe Bowman around lunch time. They said that they would try to look at my vehicle later that same day. I got a call before 5:00 that they had diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. I thought that was amazing service on short notice. I was very impressed with the service that I received at Joe Bowman.

Was in this past Friday October 27 2023 for a oil change only no tire rotation I had purchased tires from Costco and had a reminder sticker on windshield when I went in didn’t notice it untill the next day they removed my tire rotation reminder sticker for upcoming tire rotation

Dana Deboard did a great job of informing me of my issue with my check engine light and she was able to get the parts in quickly to get my Traverse fixed. I told her I had a big trip planned and wanted to make sure my vehicle was fixed for that trip. Excellent customer service by everyone that I was in touch with at the dealership.

When my husband asked to get a price for a cash sale no trade in, the salesman was very unprofessional. Walking off and giggling like a 5 year old. If I sell my Tahoe that I purchased from Joe Bowman, I won’t be back to purchase my next vehicle from there and I will also let my friends, family and coworkers know of the service I got as well. Salesman need to grow up and stop acting like a child when asked a question. I have had my Tahoe for a year and has been in the dealership often for issues, I have only driven it 6,000 miles. Very disappointed in the vehicle and service and Joe Bowman. I suspect if immature sale people are continuously hired, business will be affected. Someone who pays top dollar for a service will not put up with a person being rude

We broke down on I-81 and had AAA tow us to Joe’s. They fit us in for repairs the next day, which we really appreciated. Chad and Trent worked with us and were great. They shuttled us to and back from a hotel, which was also great. The repairs took a while, but the vehicle was completely repaired to our satisfaction. Thank you to everyone involved!

Reference R/O # 6048135/1 Item #3 My request was to have the pressure device in one tire replaced. Somehow, according to Item 3 some 2.5 hrs later at at cost of $350 that one item was not replaced, but now I have two others that are not indicating, but one is still working. 2.5 hrs REALLY!
