I have been getting service at Joe Bowman Auto Plaza dealership for many years. I continue to come back for service because they always are very helpful, and they always are able to solve my problem, no matter what it is. I cannot say enough good things about this Service Department. They even finished the service before they estimated!

I received a friendly greeting in the service department. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. As was the restroom and complimentary coffee bar. Staff informed me of my truck care and escorted me to the payments window. The entire experience was seamless and friendly.

Repairs were completed on schedule and all arrangements were followed. Only glitch was when I called to check on timeline and left a message, no return call was made. No point on offering voicemail messaging if no one returns your call.
