Confirmed Service Customer
My appointment was @ 9:00 am for oil change and state inspection. Two hours later told me my truck would not pass inspection and it will cost me around $1000.00 to fix it !!! Took my truck to my local machanic and they fixed it for $300.00. What a rip off !!! So called free inspection but they always find something wrong.

Just wanted to order a key but the process took 4 trips & hours of my time. It was $75 more than quoted. Then they let me drive away with a flat tire! Poor communication & very poor service.

We are never informed of the cost of repairs until.we are checking out. Tje parts department doesn't inform us on the costs of parts and everytime we have something fixed, 3 more things are broken when we leave.

We'll see if the transmission flush does the trick. I was told I would have to drive the truck 500 to 1000 miles to see if the shimmy is corrected.
