I came in for two recalls. The parts came in a couple of months ago but due to an accident I couldn’t bring my car in until last week. After 40 minutes I was told that only the hood insulator could be installed because the parts for my seats came in broken. I wish they had checked the parts before the day I came in and why did it take 40 minutes to discover this?

I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience...prices are competitive, and I KNOW my 2004 Trailblazer is serviced with care...why...because the better MY car runs...is a reflection on the service department. I never had any issues with your service but this last time I asked to get the state inspection done when I set up the appointment, when I picked my truck I noticed that the inspection wasn’t done, so I went back in to ask and whoever was there acted like wasn’t aware of it, but it got done but I had to wait for about 45 minutes. I wasn’t satisfied with the service this time.
