When I arrived at the service desk, I was not greeted promptly and I had to go to another location to check in with my "advisor". Upon checking out, I was provided with a bill for a recall visit. It was fixed immediately but just a little frustrating. I usually have a service work performed at Joe Bowman and will come back. Thank you.

We were very impressed with our sales person, Hunter Hudson. He gave honest information on the vehicle that we bought. He wasn't pushy just to make a sale. We did not feel pressured to buy. Our son, Brian, recommended Hunter to us and we are delighted he was working when we stopped by to look for a vehicle. Hunter was courteous and helpful in every respect as was Mr. Engle.

2 problems and neither one was fixed. The bill was 280.00 the parking brake I asked to be fixed., not charged a 141 for a simple diagnostic and still hasn't been ordered or fixed. The diagnostic for grade braking I don't understand why that didn't show up as a code. Diagnostic on line says 125. Not 141.00
